Here are the before and current pictures of Ainsley's potato plant. The plant has moved down to our house now and is taking over my kitchen window sill! The first picture was taken when my mom and Ainsley first started the project a few months ago...the carrots never grew but you can see the sweet potato sure did!

I'm afraid to replant it because I'm not very good with plants and I don't want it to die but I don't know how much longer it can stay in that little jar=0)

How fun! Looks like you have a gardner on your hands. I love growing plants too. I am not always so good at it either, but somehow my green thumb has come out this year so far. We are planting a garden and all my veggies came up as sprouts.
