This is a really bad picture taken through our kitchen window. (If you click on the picture, you can actually see its face.) I think this is a sharp-shinned hawk sitting in our courtyard. It is now 2:22 and it has been in the same spot since about 10:30. Apparently, it caught a bird and still has it in its talons and there are feathers everywhere. I'm wondering how long it plans to stay?
