Our Visitor

Meet our little visitor. When Z was leaving for school this morning, this little guy walked right in the house and has been here ever since! That was at 9 a.m. and it is now 3:31!

I am positive that he is from around here and hasn't been missing from his owners for much more than today based on his behavior and the fact that he is not skinny scrawny. He is super great with the kids and loves to have his belly rubbed. I have checked the paper and taken him to our vet to see if he had a microchip but he doesn't. We're getting a crate to keep him in tonight since Bailey doesn't care much for him. Since we kennel them in the kitchen at night, we'll be crating this little guy in our bedroom so that we don't create too much of a problem. Kind of feel like I'm cheating on my dogs though! Hopefully we can find his owner(s) soon. We're going on a walk later after Mike gets home because I'm betting he can tell us which house is his...I hope=) About 15 minutes after I posted, I got a phone call from the sign I hung on our mailbox. Spot has gone home and everything is back to normal...or as normal as it can be with 4 kids=)
