Saturday, Ains decided to give herself some bangs....right before Aunt Liz's upcoming wedding! How nice=0) I was so upset with her for a long time. I have never liked (or had) bangs for her and I never was going to as long as I made the hairstyle decisions. Looks like we're going to have to go that route until we can grow some new hair! Ugghhh. Jessica learned to clap her hands and pick her nose all in the same day...both very useful life skills! Even though its gross, seeing her pick her nose is pretty cute. Much different than when Ains or Z does it!
Sunday was my niece Emily's birthday party. We had a great time at her house hanging out, playing, opening presents and having plenty of desserts! Then, that evening after everyone took a nap (even Ainsley!) we went to our first Isotopes game of the season. It was so much fun and the kids did really well. We stayed for the whole game and got to watch the fireworks at the end. The kids enjoyed meeting Orbit (the mascot) and playing in the kids area. They also enjoyed the ballpark food and the enormous Sprite they got to share.
Monday we went to Chuck E. Cheeses with Liz, Caleb, Emily, Ethan, Gibby and Papa. Then we finished off the day with Mike doing things around the house and having our dinner in the courtyard.
